This is a shockingly bad decision by Dallas, it's going to haunt them for the next decade.

I believe when we watch videos in the future about the worst trades in NBA history this will be on every single one.

Maybe I'll be wrong and this will work but you traded an MVP caliber player who is only 25 who just took you to the NBA finals.

Luka is a franchise player. This will hurt them for longer than 10 years.

Is there another angle to this (Luka genuine long term.durability concerns,.Dallas think that they can manage a bit of 'addition by subtraction' a little like the Clippers managed with Norman Powell, so that they reckon they can replace a lot of that production without issue)?
Davis is a topliner, but he has just as many question marks on the durability front, is considerably older and although he will benefit from playing at the 4, it places a lot of faith in Kyrie Irving not doing Kyrie Irving things and just sticking around and pulling his head in for any length of time.
Not even a king's ransom on the picks front, and that 2029 pick could be average if things click in LA. Nothing wrong with Christie,.but he's just a guy.
Just can't figure it out, if you want to move on from Doncic, get notorious shit traders involved and end up with a king's ransom at least, instead of locking yourself into taking what a single buyer offers up

Could have got an absolute truck load from Spurs.

Genuinely cannot believe what has transpired.

This is easily the worst trade I have ever seen in my life in any sport. Just astounding. To give away your franchise player who isn't even in his prime. Cuban made some stupid moves like blowing up the 2011 team but not even he would pull this shit. Imagine if North traded Carey after 96?

I'm pretty much done. I hope Luka does well in LA, I'll probably be supporting them more from now on tbh and it looks like thousands of other fans are going to do the same if social media is anything to go by.

100%, it just makes no sense.
If you are going to move off a bloke who's in his prime and easily top 5-10 in the league (and better than that on his day), you get as many suitors involved as you can.
Honestly malpractice, shit show
