This is a typical situation when a person is employed in an industry he knows **** all about.

He's worse than Ken because he has enabled Ken's employment to continue without finals success. Defending mediocrity at the b&f saying we met our target sends a bad message to all involved, that we don't need to achieve of strive to be better.

Soft as butter and Koch needs to go as well as Ken and they can take the weakest CEO in Port Adelaide history with them.
