It's kind of hard to imagine walking across Melbourne's Princes Bridge and not seeing the impressive Eureka Tower across the Yarra River at Southbank. Likewise its hard to imagine Brisbane's skyline without the beautiful white Riparian Plaza skyscraper at Eagle Point, and go 100 km south to the Gold Coast and it would look strange without the Q1 Tower at Surfers Paradise. Sydney's city skyline would also look odd without the distinctive Deutsche Bank Place skyscraper.

Perth's Brookfield Place is hardly going to win any prizes for architectural beauty, but it is now hard to imagine Perth without it. Adelaide and Darwin aren't known for many tall buildings, but Darwin's Evolution building dominates the skyline in the Northern Territory capital. Adelaide's SA Water Complex isn't by definition a skyscraper and nowhere near the tallest in South Australia, but it is a large, attractive and distinctive complex adjacent to Victoria Square and King William Street would look very odd without it.

What do the Eureka Tower, Riparian Plaza, Q1, Deutsche Bank Place, SA Water, Brookfield Place and Evolution Darwin all have in common? None were completed and in various stages of construction when Essendon last won a final, and in most of those cities other tall buildings have been constructed during the following years which approach or eclipse these skyscrapers in height.

Marijuana is a hell of a drug.

Oh, wow, now you and zackah have two things in common:

1. Both went to the Baseball
2. Both massive flogs
3. Both make you melt. Though tbf that applies to pretty much everyone around here :$

So all this time my arch-nemesis was a scrawny little Baseball fan? I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a tad disappointed...

:$:$:$
If you were looking for a fatty there are probably a few around here I could recommend

Nice beard :$

I’m the one on the left

1. Both went to the Baseball

We have more in common than that

I have been to 2 baseball games in my life - Detroit and NY - but not that one. Was just a joke about slackah posting a photo that could be anyone, which he of course fell for

Anyhoo, back on topic:
