Stage 4 Water Restrictions.

- if these come into play the likelihood of football / soccer / rugby being played is very unlikely.

It has been proposed by some schools that the APS season for football / soccer / rugby start 1 month late
  • This may mean playing some games on long weekends or weekends that may have been a bye round (if possible)
  • No decision has been made by the APS on this as of yet but they are seriously considering it and will decide in the next fortnight.
  • All decisions are being made with plenty of consultation and the word SAFETY planted well in front of minds. The duty of care to ALL students, coaches, umpires and parents must be considered.
Thoughts?

looks like it will be delayed with the first couple of rounds being played at the end. meaning the cordner eggleston will b last game instead of first, a lot better for the build up

Really?
That's v interesting.
If they do that, it changes the fixtures in a really profound way.
All of the top schools had quite tough draws against each other early.
This will put the big games at the end of the season!
Looks like we might have a 'finals' type finish after all... cool!
I hope it finishes with Round 3 - Scotch v Xavier...MASSIVE...

:)
