Den is just the best commentator, but as I was at the game, I missed him today. "Centimetre perfect" is my favourite, but "kicks into a nest of Eagles" is always a good sign.

Agreed. And at the risk of opening another can of worms, I couldn't help but notice that he was combining very well with Eddie McGuire on last Thursday night's telecast. Makes the loss of Tim Lane from Nine seem like not such a bad thing after all.

LOL yep that was beauty...and a newie. Cometti IMO is the best commentator going around. My all time fave is of course the classic "bobs back up like a cork in the ocean" usually reserved for Wirrpunda
