Just for those who dont know - the Iron banner 36 light gloves don't require Radiant Shards to upgrade.
shit that's pretty good.
Although, if you haven't done any IB I'm not sure how you'll go getting them, even with the buff.

The buff is huge on the last day, which combined with the iron banner items would make it quite possible to get to rank 4.

If you have the buff + shader + Emblem equipped you get 300 rep for each bounty today. Do them all and that's 1800/6100 total rep needed for rank 4.
Plus you'll have another set of bounties for tonight so that'll make up over half of it all.
