Probably the safest way to avoid over cooking it imo

If I were to put it into a precooked meal with veggies I'd personally under cook the fish a little so when I microwaved it I would over do it then. I'm no expert in prep with fish but is something I'm going to work on soon

Never done a pre cook and freeze with fish, but twice a month on a Sunday I have a big cook up. Makes life so easy.

I do precook once a fortnight it is a brilliant idea, mainly chicken and beef dishes for me but as I said I'm keen to do some fish for a change next time

That's brilliant. I have been following a bloke on FB who is giving daily rundowns and posting BGs and Ketones, the interesting thing is with the very high protein amount his BGs are right at the base of normal, and in his words it puts to bed (for his n=1 anyway) excess protein turning to sugar.

I was going to do the second wave but had to dip out because of a hernia opp, but going to start my own in October-Dec for 6 weeks just after the GF is over.
Really looking forward to it.
Good luck mate, I love doing it thus far. Are you on twitter?

How's the eating/lifting going?
Eat schedule is something I need to be more disciplined at I get carried away at work and time gets away from me and I haven't eaten enough.

Been working on proper techniques and slowly adding weight.

Honestly going alright but not as we ell as I'd like so I'm making some changes.

Been struggling a bit lately, and it's the same every year. During footy season I add a couple kilos for whatever reason, probably a bit of fat really. Then after the season I guess I eat a bit cleaner and am probably as active if not a little more - and I lose weight really quickly all of a sudden. Despite my best efforts as far as diet goes I'm looking to add weight that isn't fat and yeah.. just can't seem to do that for the most part. Any tips?

Nequalsmany search it, full carnivore diet meat and water, no counting calories no calculating food no set times for eating.
You will have plenty of power and feel amazing. The rules are eat meat when your hungry add salt to taste and drink water when your thirsty.

Adding or losing weight diet is key, what and how much you eat will dictate what happens to your body weight. External factors like stress, work, lifestyle, exercise will play a minor part.

The key is find a routine that you can best adhere to, whether it be keto, low carb high fat find something that is easy for you and you can stick to. Whether dieting to lose or gain weight it doesn't matter you just need to eat a little more or little less.

But you need to have some idea of how much food you are eating.

It's the purpose of the study to show the body "doesn't need veg or salad" to survive and be healthy.
well if a guy could survive for 12 months on nothing but potatos then i suppose 6 weeks on meat is possible.
im not convinced that you'd be getting all the required nutrients but i dont know that. its what i've been told for most of my life but i was taught many things about diet that turned out to be wrong.

also, can you at least eat fish?

No vegies, just meat and water but some people are having eggs and a little cheese. Some of the bloods posted so far are extraordinary, and will be fascinating when the 400+ are collated.
Im starting this next Tuesday for 6 weeks

Explain extradorinary?

What was their diet like before they switched to this?

Just interested.....not being cynical

Nothing to do with previous diet or bloods, but current partial (home based BG, ketones and general cholesterol) to full path bloods, and they are extraordinary because they are better than average and all achieved on a carnivore diet with zero fruit, veg, legumes and grain.
