Anyone used it before?

It's in jacked and many other pre-workouts.

Fact is it gives you a boost, someone people are affected by side effects however. So stories vary.

Kids have been known to take excessive amounts before hitting da clubs!

Protein supplements in America are so cheap. I heard you can get a kilo of whey protein just for under $20 dollars US.

Australian Protein supplements are expensive...

US whey protein is cheap and shit.

Australian and NZ whey protein is the best you can get - Definitely worth the extra $5-10 per kilo.

I'm ordering in a few kg of the preworkout which will hopefully last me a year or so. Also will grab some pure powder to use when it runs out.

I find DMAA gives you energy similar to caffeine, but without the "rush". If i had 4 espresso's i'd be wide awake and wanting to jump around and not be able to think. DMAA allows me to be awake/focused but i can still concentrate properly and not feel the need to have to do backflips.

I work out in the mornings shortly after waking up so it helps me get through workouts at that time. Plus i'm not a morning person at all and need to pump up on caffeine during the day.

Basically all PWOs are screwed. By any chance can they just put it in the proprietory and get away with it.

Pretty sure the NT powder from bulknutrients has it? or not i use that PWO and find i can almost train every day without PWO now but still take it for that little advantage it gives and is great during exams when your tired and up against it.

Good to see BN.com.au also recommend scales with that DMAA. Anyone ordering it in?

BN definitely has it in their PWO.

Also i'm not sure you could still include it. From the announcement it says something to the effect of "8 out of 9 powders tested positive" to dmaa - so they actually went to the step of physically testing rather than just looking at the ingredient list.

Also they are listing it as Schedule 9. Other examples of schedule 9 are: LSD, MDMA, cannabis, heroin, etc. So the penalties they'd get from putting it in a product would be the same as a company putting heroin in a product.

Just wondering if anyone uses Vitargo or something similar? Obviously their website talks about how much better it is than any other carbohydrate, but it's hard to sift through whether or not it is bullshit (or at least only slightly better than other cho's which would make it bullshit due to its cost).... And is it consumed instead of say a banana/oats/milk or other carb sources post workout just because its absorbed quicker?

(Also i'm not actually looking to buy it as it's so expensive, more just interested)

A friend of mine recently bought some. From what I remember you take it 30 minutes prior to a workout, and again after. It provides a dose of carbohydrates that can be absorbed quickly, but I think the main idea is that because it is liquid, it doesnt make you feel full but represents the same carbohydrate value of a meal before and after gym. Similar benefits minus the bloated gut.
