As we know, Wallace was employed as both a coach and marketer (the club started "Tuesdays with Terry" etc. cos exposure brings $$$$) but all his talk saw the media and alot of supporters bring him down. My first impression of this email was why do this? Setting Hardwick up for a similar fall!!!!
Wallace was ambitious, similar to Judd saying 2 flags in 5 years and Benny 3 flags/75,000 members blah blah blah.

I think there is a bit of a difference here. Tuesdays with Terry was open to all media and thus, the general public which could then set up for any criticism.

Firstly because clearly many members didn't receive it as they should and secondly to show non-members some of the things they get for being a member. It may encourage others to sign up.
I'd have no problem with subsequent letters having the request for them to not be posted

Other than that, I don't know why anyone has grounds to complain about getting more information from the club. The email would have taken 5 minutes to write, its hardly taking away valuable time from coaching commitments.

Don't worry about 'em mate - sure enough, everyone's entitled to an opinion, so in my opinion there's a few on here who aren't happy unless they're unhappy.....if you get what I mean.

I have no probs with the email written by Hardwick, harmless stuff to you and me, but I guarantee when his honeymoon period is over, the media will pick apart this sought of stuff. Just being realistic. As Cathal Brugha pointed out, this is the type of thing Wallace would get s#### hung on him for.

Hah! I wouldnt lose sleep over those 2 'supporters' stig, they are the exception to the rule. Most Tigerheads would tell you that this is a great initiative!

May I recommend http://www.fastmail.fm for anyone still battling with hotmail and all the crap free email providers like them, best email service by a long way IMO.
