i very rarly bag our team and i think its an amzing effort that we have made a prelim but that is an absolute disgrace.

We made the top 4 by playing hard pressure football and we served up utter shit during the finals.

So many players that are a disgrace to the jumper putting up efforts like that in finals. I dont care how good the opposition is, there is NO excuse for not putting any pressure on your direct opponent.

Our senior group is a ****ing disgrace other than Archer. Playing like a bunch of downhill skiers.

i am not doubting our efforts but for 2 of our 3 finals games we have played footy 100% playing on the oppositions teams and not playing the type of footy that got us there
 
Seriously how ****ing hard is it to pick your ****ing opponent up, don't let him get a break on you and put on a tackle every time he touches the ball?

Just seeing guys run around with no ****ing opponent like the Geelong game, it is a ****ing disgrace. That is not what football is about.

Collingwood went out playing footy like you need to play to get anywhere, we are playing soft unaccountable rubbish.
 
no i'm sick of hearing this shit,yes we did well to get this far but to get molested as badly as we are there are still serious problems.No FF no FB we cant rely on these for reasons why we arent a true on feild power.We need to cut the dead wood of this team,Brown gone, Sansbury-it angers me to no end knowing he will get an extension based on some insignificant decent games. some very tough decisions need to be made at the end of this year regarding esthablished players we have a good core of young kids now we should start developing the team around them rather than our seniors who are, let's be honest,only good when everything falls into place.This may well be reactive but it was what i feel at this point in time.

I'm bitterly disappointed in Simspon, Sinclair, Grant, Harvey and Wells (and don't give me that BS that Wells is 'still young'. He's been at the club long enough to be considered senior FFS).

Laidley is being stubborn. I think he wants us to lose, the game plan last week and this week have been poor

When you are in a group of players who Laidley will not drop no matter what, what sort of pressure is their on a player?
 
WHAT SEPERATES our team from a team such as Collingwood or Hawthorn is its our MIDFIELD that is either ON or OFF and if they are off we will get killed.

For other clubs it might be their forwards or backlines that have a bad day but their midfield NEVER gets completely thrashed and shows no heart. That is the difference. Our midfield just gets thrashed too often and we dont have enough flair in our midfield to cope. I am not going to blame Laidley. He has a job to sort our our midfield over the summer.

For a team that will now finish TOP 3, I can't quite fathom the utter bollocks that we serve up in finals. Has there ever, EVER been a top 3 team lose 2 out of 3 finals by such margin????......let me hear it!!

Apparently we play with more heart than 14 other sides, but clearly the CLASS sides have all the ammo to cover our best players. And when they disappear, we are seriously EXPOSED!!!! FFS, look at that seriously inept, disfunctional fwd line!!! HOW DID WE EVER MAKE IT THIS FAR????????????

THIS is what the Kangaroos 2007 season will be remember for....NOT for finishing 3rd and gaining so called 'respect' during the year, but 2 absolute disgraceful finals drubbings!! DEMOLITIONS!! DEEESTROYATIONS!!!

AND Glen Archer finishes with this????? OMFG!!!

I am absolutely gutted. How can they break out hearts like that. I never bad them but serioously they are playing with no heart. They could of least tried for arch! :(
 
Can handle losing if it looks like a good effort. But this is pathetic. Players and coaching staff should be ashamed.

i've read some stupid posts in my time but you take the cake as the biggest tool on here. this and your post on wells on the main board have me wondering if you're enjoying sinking the boots in.

Sinclair is just the turnover king, if he doesn't directly turn it over he puts the person he disposes of the ball to under that much pressure with a poor disposal that they turn it over.

Sinclair gets the ball in the middle of the ground and every ****ing time he goes sideways or backwards, it is a running joke I have with a friend of mine who calls him Sideways Sinclair. He is putting young defenders under ridiculous pressure, has had poor disposal skills, poor decision making skills and doesn't put enough pressure on his direct opponent.

We have drafted a ton of defensive flankers, they should get the nod next year. We are not going to win a flag with Sinclair as the guy coming out of defence, you want a decision maker, someone who can hit targets.

Harvey is an outside midfielder, he has had a pretty good season but his finals campaign this year has been shithouse, but we have won so little of the ball in the middle it is hard for him to stand out. At least Boomer tries, Wells doesn't even try.

I was listening to MMM and they were going on about Wells how lazy he is, during the second quarter where we were under a lot of pressure he just had his hands on his hips and stood in the middle of the ground for 5 minutes without moving anywhere.

He has played over 100 games, he has long worn out his grace period where people can make excuses for him. Again, we didn't get a lot of quality ball to them but... at least Boomer tried. Wells did not. I don't care if he was carrying anything or not, if he is as useless as teats on a bull if he has a minor niggling injury then he will be a useless footballer as everyone is carrying niggling injuries.

We need to slowly get rid of guys who play a good game here and there, we need to have some serious consistency criteria for putting this jumper on. We have a boat load of players who do not play four quarters, do not play two or three good games in a row.

They need to be put on notice.

Oh, and you finished third bottom last year, that's close to bottoming out. We have a lot more talent than you guys. This is not bagging your club, I admire how well you've done with so very little.

Kangaroos showed absolutely ZERO respect for the Shinboner of the century, Glen Archer.

An absolute disgrace. Glen Archer has carried the side through thick and thin, especially the past 5 years.

Arch has shown passion in every game he's played, wears his heart on his sleeve and is one of the toughest players I have ever known.

Such a disgrace to treat a legend the way they played today.

Good on ya Arch, I had a few tears for ya in the lounge room.

If we are to keep the current coaching and playing group, could we please FORFEIT all further finals matches and spare us members and supporters from further humiliation from what was served up this finals campaign. Incredible losing margins for a side that has come third. Must be a record...Caro?
