Without the Collingwood propaganda machine, Buckley is shown for the player/captain he really is. The players, who are the true indicators as to how good captains are, voted Buckley way back in their list of top captains.

he has high expectations tho. he sets them very, very high. and he's basically had to carry club over such a long period of time.
and when he plays a bad game, or is out of character, he gets it big time. i think its about time a few lesser knowns were put in the spotlight.
