Why does RFC rarely show any initiative and tends to be reactive??? That is another question I would like to ask?? it seems to me their is a lack of drive and too many are content and rely on others

like when our ex-president said words to the effect Dusty said we will win she felt confident?? Nothing against Dusty but he should be not the person forging the belief even though he lead by actions on the field.
