Does anyone know if the sub has to be from the five players on the bench? My understanding was most of the time the sub is simply the player listed last on the bench, but I don't believe that to be the case.

I believe they do and would be absolutely shocked if Poulter isn't the sub. Basically Baker moved ahead of him after last weeks performance. Bevo seemed thrilled with Caleb's performance in the presser so the wing time should be split between Gags, Baker, Daniel and perhaps VDM.

Despite the injury rumours around Bont & JUH, the club must be supremely confident in the health of the 23 as I believe each emergency played a full game in the VFL yesterday and no one was taken off early.

Yeah assumed as much but the late outs are always a chance and if there was ever a week to do its probably this week.
