Honey today on her 15th Birthday.
She has a couple of health issues, but overall she is in fantastic shape.
Runs and plays like a dog half her age.

Ok so here’s my couch hogging inside dog. She’s pretty smart, and knows that if she she barks at possums when she is put out at night she will soon be to allowed back in to sleep inside.

Sam was fixated with something under the shed. Both koala and Sam are fine. Sam was tied up after this and koala wombled out unperturbed. They’re pretty chill.

Aaw I can tell from the photo he was a good boy.
16 years is actually a great innings, but I know it’s still not long enough.
Science should be spending more time, money and resources on getting dogs to live longer.

I lost my last one just over a year ago. Still not over it, but it definitely gets better with time.

This is the newest addition to our family, courtesy of my parents entering aged care.
Hers seriously fat but a few weeks with the other dog Sam the kelpie will slim him down. He’s very placid and I like him more than I thought I would.

I don't like it. It's stupid and annoying and making my life a misery. What kind of an animal tries to eat it's own shit?

Google tells me they live about 13-15 years

Hang in there….puppies are VERY hard work, especially the first couple of weeks/months.
We had discussions about if we had made the wrong decision soon after getting a puppy…now we can’t live without her.

I find there’s generally two years where they act like dickheads. We’re about to get a new puppy but have made a decision that we’ll take them to puppy school. Hopefully that cuts down some of the dickheadedness.
