Ive had Heeney since the start hasn’t bothered me at all and hes nice and cheap atm
I had Dunkley from the start, when he was nice and cheap. Then I traded him out when he got dropped.

That’s a shame about your def cover. Would have said Dunkley was a much better pick, unique and just better than Heen recently. But I think you need to play it safe if you have no bench cover, 3 rounds is too long to go without cover! So Heen probably the one to getYeah, they're the two I've been mulling over. Dunkley's my prefered option but he leaves me FA cash, Heeney on the other hand leaves me enough cash to turn my D7 Austin into Webster next week. (2k short to do it this week) If JSmith doesn't make the cut I'll have no Def cover. Thinking if Webster gets through the game and scores ok I'll get him next week then decide who to play at D6 out of him and Shaw for the remaining rounds.
So it's Heeney + def cover next week & 1 trade left v Dunkley, 2 trades left and possibly no def cover for the remaining 3 rounds?
Can you do Stef to Grundy with one trade? Do that if you can, Grundy will monster Sinclair. Will be a 40 pt upgrade on Stef minimum. How long do you have to field Sier? If it’s just one week then getting Grundy is worth it.
Was contemplating dropping Hogan however the only likely replacement would have been Taranto. His injury makes that decision easy.

That is quite a tough match up. Seems like Cripps and Grundy are in every team I come up against as well. If Sier is just one week, then definitely get Grundy. Hopefully your opponent sticks with Stef and you’ll get a 50+ pt buffer to absorb the huge scores from Oliver/Gaff/Cripps. Even then, I think you’re screwed in this match up tbhCan do it with one trade. Sier for one week . Will only have one left. Issue is I’m in a knockout final and opponent has: Oliver and MacDonald v suns- both 120+. Cripps v gws who don’t tag- 120+. Gaff v Freo- 120+. I have Neale who will be tagged by Hutchings and Zerrett who will be tagged by shiels. I’m going to have to bite the bullet and do Stef to grundy and Taranto to MacDonald. No trades with spuds riding the pine.
That’s a tough one. TMac and Hurn will both be good this week but I like Hurn better for the run home. TMac will be less consistent and could give you a 60. I definitley like Dunkley better than Heen for the POD and better form but not sure if it is worth missing out on Hurn. I’m Probably just leaning towards the Heen/Hurn comboIt just occurred to me that I could always punt Taranto with my second trade for a Def premo (via Joel Smith to mid bench & Jake Brown to fwd bench) My bench E's would be then be Shaw, Rocky & one of Walters/Ahern with 1 trade left.
Is it worth it? if yes, which combo though?
Taranto > TMac (def)
Sicily > Dunkley
or
Taranto > Witherden or Hurn or TMac
Sicily > Heeney

You are lucky that you can do Stef to Grundy with one trade. You’ll lose this week’s match up anway so I’d just do the one trade. Conserve the trade for a defender/ruck injury and hope it actually happens. Suckers like me will have doughnuts/Lynch as cover if there is a def/ruck injury and you’ll climb the rankings. If you don’t get the instant reward this week with McDonald then he will end up being a pretty bad trade. Sier should be good for an 80 I think, just field him for a weekStef to Grundy locked
Do I play sier, cop his 60 and save last trade or bring in MacDonald with last trade and pray for no injuries??

Who's you go for?
I have 98k. Crisp would be seedsman straight up trade.
The others means I trade buddy out and put Gray onto field.
Thoughts?

(I want the melts)
Totally agree. I'm hanging on to my three trades. There is no urgent need for one this week anyway .As I have no injuries, I'm keeping my last two trades right till the end if possible. Last year after an horrendous start I clawed my way back into the 300's only to drop 400 spots in the last week with several donuts and no trades.
This year I've come from a ranking of 1912 at the start of the byes to 382 now. I don't want to screw it up again.
Even though Crisp at D6 is shitting me to tears.
No melts coz I expect to cop a hiding this week. Predicted 2444, I’ll be lucky to score 2250. Same every week.
No melts....
Stop it, i nearly peed my pantz larfing
