About time. Superior all round FF to Lockett. His defensive pressure as a champion FF was off the charts which no other FF has replicated since. Unlike Lockett, Dunstall gave away anything from 1-3 goals a game as he always looked at team mates who may have been in a better position to kick a goal

If Russell Ebert is not elevated tonight, the whole thing is a farce, especially as he is well overdue and this sadly is probably the last time/opportunity we will be able to honour him whilst he is still with us.

Dunstall can wait, he'll be elevated eventually

Are your sure about that?

Peter Hudson kicked a few.

Farmer was a better FF than Hudson if we are to be honestly fair and balanced in rating past footy greats.

Beats me why so many Victorian Club Fans are still unwilling to accept that at their prime, the SANFL and WAFL champions were just as good as the VFL.

And the Australian Rules Hall of Fame needs to start addressing this by elevating more SANFL and WAFL greats like Russell Ebert.

Hudson was a Tasmanian, and kicked most of his goals in Tassie.

What were you saying again?

Mmmm.....

He was very, very good.

But he did have a handy side around him.

not for the last 6 or so years,
92=145 gls (6th on ladder),
93 = 123 gls (6th),
94= 101 gls (missed a month and 8th on ladder),
95 = missed 8 gms, 66 gls (15th),
96 = 102 gls (8th),
97 = 21 gls from 7 games (15th),
98 = 54 gls in 13 gms (13th)
so hawf was not always good in his career
