Cotchin would be incredibly ITK, him and Dusty are and have been close to best mates for years, this is well documented through their careers.

Unless Dusty is reserving info from one of his best mates, which of course is possible, and Cotchin might also be not letting on everything he's discussed with Dusty.

I still think it's more unlikely than likely, but of course a possibility.
