Or just dont drive people towards ultimate team. I know the final NCAA game had UT. but road to glory and dynasty modes were still what most played. and why they game is supported by mods with CFB revamped.

Ultimate team is why I'm still not getting excited about it, despite my copy of NCAA Football 13 dying a couple of months ago. Ultimate team has ruined every EA Sports game I've ever played to the point I haven't bought FIFA or Madden in at least 6 or 7 years.

All I need is an updated Road to Glory and Dynasty mode, yet I have no faith that they won't screw it up.

So players that opt in get $600 and a copy of the game, players can get more $600 is the base number. [if a player doesnt opt in they wont be able to be custom made into the game]
Dynasty mode confirmed, so is road to glory. and NIL is a mechanic in both modes, same with transfer portal
12 team playoff and every bowl game [interesting since some bowls were never in old games]
Real life coaches are not in. so they didnt do a deal with the coaches association [not that the coaches need more money off these kids]
made on a modified Madden engine, just like the old NCAA games were. so hope it will feel like a different game like the old ones did

Thats the first player we know of who isnt opting in.

Not that I really care either way, to each there own, but would saying yes be that much of a distraction?

I imagine even if you didn't get scanned or whatever they would just make a representation of you and put your name in?

Part of me feels its a tactic to get more then the $600 base deal

Yeah maybe.

Should just be honest instead of that weirdly thin reason.

Why would they opt not to? Surely it doesn't take up too much of their time?
There are no player scans. all the time it takes is to read the contract and sign it.

Not like Arch needs the money anyway.

Unless he feels people will just cry about him in the game and his stats, losing to him or whatever. and he doesnt want to deal with that crap.

They'll do that anyway when they just make the rosters themselves.

You cant edit players who dont opt in. so im guessing anyone who doesnt opt in will have their name blacklisted from names usable in the game.

Then much like Gilchurch tore the English apart, Archibald Mannin will have to do.

...and while he answers more questions about 'why not' than he would have ever got about why he did, I'm sure his focus will be unbreakable.

it could be like the old ones and just race swap players to avoid making them look like real players.

Texas back up QB is now black. introducing Ar-chee Marning

Guess they will just have best lb, best rb and best wr award just not proper award name.
