I don't think we can focus on this specifically in the other thread so creating another one seems logical.
What Eddie did was not only a one off, it's becoming a systemic juxtaposition of the AFL's vision and needs to be dealt with.
What punishment would you give him if you were the AFL?
For me it would go something like this:
1) Public and sincere apology in a press conference
2) Commitment to complete formal training of relevancy around the social issues of racism, bullying and social leadership
3) Stand down until the above two are completed.
