$17.50 to Northern Div 1.
Expensive weekend if you have to go twice on the one weekend to watch your club.

I honestly don't understand this argument. An away strip is for a point of difference.

If teams jumpers clash and one doesn't have an away strip, the other team should wear theirs. Who cares where you are playing or where you land on the ladder.

I don't have a problem with it. The games are free during the season anyway. When I see a close hard-fought game for free I think to myself I would have been happy to pay to watch. I'd be happy to pay say $5 per game throughout the whole season as long as the money goes to the clubs. I wonder where the $15 goes - probably to pay for the grounds during the finals - extra security and extra fencing probably.

Are you referring to Melton Centrals who currently have no coach appointed. However they don’t have the big bucks you are referring to..

too dear - where does this money go? It doesnt fund the league and they make too much money as it is (by over charging clubs with levies etc) - they dont even disclose the assets they own in their annual report like the factory in Marshalls rd

Seriously $15 for div2 finals is a joke..

It was 20 last year for div 2 GF. The crowd was fairly decent in size so they would've made more than plenty.
I guess we'll see how it goes next weekend when I'm there.

They have also signed Shaun McKernan and 5 other other tulla players.
