11 teams in Div 1, surely cannot go to 12 while having 9 teams in Div 1. Can’t see clubs being happy about that it happens..

I believe he played juniors at Spotswood

And also a junior at Sunshine, his dad plays in the reserves at Sunshine still. Pretty sure he has met with a couple of WRFL clubs too

Fair point. They still must have some kind of culture which keeps the players at the club.
We all know country football pays well overs, so to stay for success and mateship must account for something.

Disagree as metro clubs paying more than country for top line players these days. Yes players past it can get really good $$ if they want to drive 3-4hrs one way..
