The next round of eliminator matchups are out. This week I am versing "Destroy the Other".

Teams prior to trades are:

Me ............ ..... Him
Suckling............ Burgoyne
Newnes ............. Laird (No bench if he doesn't get up)
Kelly (ADE) ........ . Savage
Saad ................ Goldsack
Lewis ............. Pendlebury
Heppell ............. Fyfe
Rocky ............. Boak
Cripps ............ Jelwood
Jacobs ............. Blicavs
Gray ............. Buddy
DSmith ............ Ziebell
Hogan ............... Dale

Trades that I am planning on doing that will affect the matchup are Cripps --> Ward. Unless my opponent has cash saved up it will be unlikely that they will be making an upgrade as they are not fielding any bench whatsoever. This could also be an advantage in the event of any late outs this weekend. Looking at our uniques I probably have the better performing premiums at the moment but he certainly has the team that could quite easily beat me on a given week. Hopefully I can make it through to the next round!

I'm on the left

Probably going in as an underdog

same captain choice in Lewis

Yeah, Kennedy having the game he had probably didn't help your cause. Tom Bell made up for that though. I would probably give his team the edge but you never know. Danger could struggle against the Dockers, Gray scored appalling last time he played the Demons in Darwin and Bont might struggle against a potential Bugg tag. Best of luck!

Does anyone know if you can actually get knocked out by the Bye? Because I cant even see players which make up the projected score.

I scraped through by 7 points. I only scored 2119, so I'll no doubt, cop a tough opponent next week.

Yeah I lost 1992-2116. It was a rather ordinary week for me. Having Lewis as a unique hurt and that meant that Heppell's score (VC) was doubled which was also quite uninspiring. Some of my premium uniques had shockers. Devon Smith (52) and Sam Jacobs (63) being the main culprits. It just so happened that my opponents premiums Hannebery, Franklin and Fyfe decided to bust out some of their best for the year scores. Probably the most annoying aspect of the loss was that my opponent had literally no bench cover in any line!
