So, Plugger's comment is stupid, yet you state that your club is going to get Fevalenko and Cousins, and you don't find that a little hard to believe? Sounds as though you have been taking some of the stuff that Cousins used to!
I understand portions of this, however, overall, the standard of English in this post is rather poor. Anyone care to translate for me? Specifically the first bit, "coming guess let plugger believe that."??????? No idea what the hell that might supposedly mean.

Bunyip V Ellinbank in a 6 quarter tonight at Bunyip. Bunyip by about 2 goals after 3 quarters, Ellinbank by 1 goal after 6. So I guess that makes Ellinbank about a 3 goal better senior side, at this stage.

Did Luke Bee Hugo play for Garfield during the T20 matches at Cora Lynn on the weekend? Or did he play for Scorpions on Saturday in their match vs Box Hill?

The Garfield-Nar Nar Goon match this week will be interesting. Everyone seems to be installing Garfield as flag favourites based on some 20 minute matches at Cora Lynn the other week.
Nar Nar Goon will be keen to show they are still the side the side to beat even without Dore, Wade and Oldmeadow. For me that it too much a loss to cover and Garfield should win this one if they are going to be contenders. Thoughts?

Massive game, but so early in the year, it may only mean points on the board for each team. Won't mean much to others when they come up against each of the sides as Round 1 is often a very misleading round with most teams having pretty different personnel and structures.
Given these two will most likely be competing for top two, it will mean a lot to them. But if Garfield lose this week, I wouldn't say they're not contenders after just one game, especially so early in the season. The Grand Final is about 25 weeks away, pretty much half a year!

Yep he is. not sure if he played on the weekend tho, heard he got burnt pretty bad the other weekend on his rearend.
A few interesting matchups in round 1. This is how I see things going.
Catani v Buln Buln - Buln look to have got a few good pickups which should turn them into finals contenders. Catani going the other way with Lehman, James and Alger all leaving and Benvenuto out for the early part of the season.
Ellinbank v Poowong - Poowong have splashed the cash around in the preseason attracting plenty of big names. Have lost Fitzgerald, Hancock, Wylie, Sweeney and Jared Attenborough. Should still be too good for an improved Ellinbank though.
Kooweerup v Bunyip - Bunyip have underachieved in recent years for mine though. Get Robbie Hughes back though and got their season off to a winning start last week. Kooweerup were flogged by Bass in a practice match and may be cellar dwellers this year.
Lang Lang v Nyora - Hopefully we can carry our good practice match form onto round 1. Nyora always tough opposition though. Have had the better of us recently.
Longwarry v Neerim Neerim South - Unless Longwarry have recruited Chris Judd can't see them matching Neerim South.
Nar Nar Goon v Cora Lynn - Nar Nar Goon showed last week they are still going to be tough to beat even with their departures. May be too good for a Cora Lynn side without Kimber and Robinson.
Warragul Industrials v Nilma Darnum - Only question is what will the margin be?

Urie didn't play the praccy match against newborough. Neerim were missing about 6-7 senior players including there ruckmen and FB, CHB & CHF. Not sure they'll be top 3 this year, but should definately be in finals action again
