AFLW 2024 - Round 10 - Chat, game threads, injury lists, team lineups and more.
1. Watts
2. Nat
3. Hill
4. Hartlett/Vickery
5. Yarran
6. Hurley
7. Rich
8. Vickery/Hartlett
9. Ziebell
10. McKernan.
I think we would be very happy with that
Yeah, the very recent rumour that Freo might take Hill doesn't mean that Rich suddenly drops down that low, even if the rumour is true. Most of it I dont have a problem with, except for the bloke sitting at number 7.
I can't see him falling out of the top 3, and if it were any other year, where the first club needed a midfielder, then I guarentee you he would be the first one picked.
Yeah, the very recent rumour that Freo might take Hill doesn't mean that Rich suddenly drops down that low, even if the rumour is true.
McKernan will end up at North.
EQ's new order on SEN:
1. Melbourne - Watts
2. WCE - NicNat
3. Freo - split between Rich or Hill (EQ said it's very up in the air from this point on)
4. Port - Hartlett, maybe Rich if he's there (could change as Williams apparently has a big influence on who they normally pick, but hasn't met with recruiters yet)
5. Essendon - Yarran (may have gone off?), Hurley or Sidebottom are other chances
6. Carlton - Rich, Yarran, Hurley (EQ guess in order ... dependent on which one slips through)
7. Brisbane - Ziebell
8. Richmond - Vickery (hoping for Hartlett)
9. North - Hurley (if he gets through), very keen on Johnston too
10. Adelaide - Trengove (I think she said undergoing some medical testing today, which will impact)
No complaints if we draft Hurley but i doubt he'll be there. If we decide to go for a forward i'd rather Mckernan over Johnston
She said Lewis Johnston (sp?). I thought it was a hyphenated surname like Roberts-Thompson .
Who is Lewis Johnston?
She also said our pick would depend on who other clubs overlooked, e.g Ziebell, Yarran and someone else got a mention too.
Why wouldn't we take Sidey if he's still there? Has he got leprosy since the TAC Cup GF?
Not with pick 9, i hope.

Port has already said they'll take Rich if Freo doesn't. He won't go past pick 4.
It's looking very good for us to get a top midfielder. Who it actually is depends on the 8 picks before us. I'm feeling pretty good as so many clubs seem to want to draft tall in round 1!!
Including us by the sounds of things
She's got another top 10 in the Sunday Age today (actually a top 25 but since our second pick is 27 I won't bother listing them all).
1: Watts
2: Yarran
3: Naitanui
4: Trengove
5: Vickery
6: Hartlett
7: Swift
8: Rich
9: Sidebottom
10: Ziebell
She's actually put Ayce Cordy at pick 8 presumably that's where she rates him but as we know he's going F/S at 14 I've just removed him from the top 10.
Surely we'd take Hurley over Sidebottom. I like Sidebottom but dominating a club game could be a once off, i think you're better off rating them from their state preformances or their season as a whole.

She also has Mitch Brown at pick 27 to you guys. Would be very lucky if he slips that low.
