I've seen a one inch punch (from a guy about 5 foot 4 and 60 kilos) shatter jaws.
That would involve actual physical force, not magic.

Just love the video of people staggering around and writhing on the ground under the influence of this imaginary force. Then the guy at the end offering to really go to town on the 'master' who says "Ummm I don't want to do that."

I know what you're saying.

But if you've ever seen a one inch punch, the physical part of the maneuver is probably the smallest component. The amount of neurological energy far outweighs any other ingredient. I don't see why someone couldn't take it one step further (We know people can set themselves on fire meditating) Not that these guys have and not that faking shit like this gets anyone anywhere but some youtube hits and a thread on SRP, where mostly intelligent debate happens.

:D

A one inch punch is simply an exercise in efficiency, not thinking or 'brain power'.
No more magical than a David Gower flick off the pads.

insofar as bruce lee spent thousands of hours opening up those neurological pathways. but he also spent thousands of hours having those brain synapses firing the damn muscles.

have you seen bruce lees muscles?

i assume he did not even use roids too, which is all the more astounding
If someone wants to call "training" by the name of "neurological energy" they're just trying to infuse mysticism where none exists.

The "one-inch punch" is defined as up to 6 inches anyway.

agree Chief, he of unmatched wisdom.

but does the 6 inches mean 6 away, or 1 away, and a follow thru of 5 inches thru simon cowdreys jaw? respect nick darcy all those drugs they are taking an aggressive and dangerous athlete make.

but bruce lee was impressive. enter the dragon

Think there's a swear word at the start so might want to turn it down a little. Absolutely hilarious.
