This board would go into meltdown if Man Utd don't take all 3.

Massive game for Sunderland, we can't afford to drop another otherwise we will be sucked back into the log-jam. Quietly confident, thought we have been reasonable in recent weeks against good opposition (barring those ****s Stoke), and with Everton still struggling, it's going to be a cracker.

Confident of a win here. There I said it

Been quite a while since we last beat Liverpool, and we're probably not going to have a better opportunity for a while, with them coming off a 3 day break.

Think there'll definitely be goals in it for both teams, hopefully we can nick a 2-1 win.

Next 2 games are absolutely crucial for us, must try to get 4 points minimum, with games against Spurs and Man Utd coming up afterwards.

It was the away game at Fulham that really turned things around for us. Our best game for the season, and Ibthink Mancini would have permanently lost a lot of the supporters if we had gone down to a welsh numpty led team.

As it is, the stats are telling, 13 games before Fulham scoring 1.15 goals per game and gaining 1.69 points. 14 games since (including Fulham) scoring 2 goals a game and averaging 1.92 points.

I see Hughes is going on about how proud he is of his transfer record at City because Kompany, De Jong and Tevez are key players in our side. Sorry but Kompany could barely get a game under his management, De Jong was used in a central midfield two, drastically reducing his effectiveness and Tevez had nothing to do with his management. And three players to show for £200m + spending isn't much to brag about anyway.

Anyway, Peter Walton in charge, apparently we haven't won a match he's beennin charge of for six years. Go figure.
