Essendon argument: the only power of disclosure by CEO is for the purpose only of the ASADA investigation, no-one else. Giving info to AFL should only be for doping, NOT governance.

Section 13.1 f) and g)

Strong argument I'd think
Umpires not Buying it , believes Essendon is acting for a free Kick ..ala Lloydy and calls "Play on !"

Clothier being subpoenaed is a huge move. Cat into pigeons there.

Every document needs to be released in the discovery process that's fair and reasonable.

Is that EVERY document? Do you honestly think that they will stop at only the AFL/ASADA documents?

Don't you think tanias notes will need to be released too?

Brilliant!...I have absolutely no idea what is going on...

and all the while WADA is on the sub bench ready to take penalties after extra time
Subs can't come on after extra time to take penalties. Need to be already on the field when the whistle blows.

Come on.

Is that Little's male nurse sitting two seats away on his left? Little reminds me of young Mr Grace.

This thread is going downhill fast. It started out referencing Rumpole and now it's been reduced to Are You Being Served?. I'm getting out of here before we reach the On The Buses level.
