William Hill have a good market where you can bet that the winner comes from the top half of the draw or the bottom half. Bottom half is paying 1.50 and is the one that interests me.

Top half: Switzerland, Poland, Croatia, Portugal, Wales, Northern Ireland, Hungary, Belgium

Bottom half: Germany, Slovakia, Italy, Spain, France, Ireland, England, Iceland

Croatia and Belgium are the only two that really concern me from the top half but Belgium are hit and miss which really leaves Croatia. Thoughts?
 
Hey lads. Love the forum and saw this thread. I think the Italians are way over the odds at 17-1 to win the cup. They've been conserving energy and not playing to their true potential since that Belgium game. They never had to, typical Italians. They should roll the Spaniards despite getting knocked out of the last two euros against them.

France 1.42 vs Ireland good things also. They'll have too much firepower and boisterous home support will see them blitz the Irish. Minimum 2-0 by half time. Payet and Pogba will demoralise them. Matuidi will roll also.
 
Cuppla longies here. Ronaldo 2 goals or more $10. Portugal to win 3-2 $51 and Ronaldo hattrick is $41. Chucking a 5er on each.

Portugal to win 3-2 at $51 is massive odds and definitely worth a shout.

You still believe in them? I think they are in terrible form and think Croatia offer real value, they should be much shorter.

So not a great result. Think it resulted in +1.5u. (had 1u on each of the quinellas and 0.5 on the rest.)

Updating with the rest of the bets I believe I am +0.25, and still going on the $20 roller...

not wholeheartedly lad, hence the small 5 dollar plays. But they've beaten them 3 out of 3 in their history and Portugal seem to have the balkan sides measure. On form no question Croatia wins, but if were form alone we were gauging on then Germany would have won 2008, 2010 and the 2012 Championships.

My best bet of the soccer games is France SU into Argentina win or draw vs Chile. About $1.70 odd.
 
Can't go past the French and Germans tonight if you want an even money bet. Germany game I feel may go to extra time but logic suggests otherwise so worth a hit.

Chucked a $20 free bet on Belgium to make the final at $3.25 (Ladbrokes). It was the highest odds I found and I consider they should be even with Portugal and expect them to meet in the semi. Hopefully over the next 2 games they will click better than Portugal will.
 
France 1.70 to win tie vs Ireland down a goal. Easy. French are winning the game and will win the comp. comp is set up for a France win in more ways than one. Paris attacks agenda etc. Soccer is rigged .

Nice, i got on Belgium to win the Euros at $13, put $22 on them for a $286 return,

On tonights games i have $30 on France/Germany/Belgium for a $115 return. Come on you French, i still have faith. Ireland won't be able to play like this all game (i hope).
 
$1.98 to qualify on crownbet. Rest assured even if they equalise in the 94th minute, they will. No way france are going out in the 2nd round. If a dodgy penalty is needed france will get it.

France already playing much more attacking. Can't see Ireland keeping a clean sheet.
 
Germany for sure. They make their mark on the comp here. 4-1 I reckon. Hamsik for Slovakia, Mueller, Gomez on the score sheet for Ze Germans.
 
How do you guys see tonight's match's panning out?

I have 2 multi's still alive. One has Italy v Spain Draw and England to win. The other just has England v Iceland to draw.

Having a look at possible hedging.
