The final was live on Youtube. Holland beat the 'England XI'. What are the rules for qualification? How 'average' do the Poms and some of the other stronger teams have to be to qualify? It seems odd having teams from Ireland, Scotland and England in the same comp as Romania and Hungary. Having said that, some on the weaker countries did well
