I know this is the bay but I have nothing but respect for Port atm. They have been nothing short of sensational the last two weeks against many doubters. Trolling them is pointless atm IMO when we have had such a poor year.

As much as this is a troll thread, i have to say i am actually disappointed that port lost.

Good effort getting there, shame you couldn't belt the cats. We'll see what happens next year, i expect a minor slide but still... it's good to see both SA clubs have a pretty bright future ahead of them in terms of players coming through.

Though, it'd be great if both of our clubs could bring finals to Adelaide Oval next season.

Here's the difference. Port supporters are gutted to have lost a semi final, but happy that our young list took the first steps towards winning our next premiership. Whereas the above post in which you're bragging about the difference between a semi and a prelim like that means something indicates that you actually were genuinely happy just to make a prelim.

In your defence, I suppose when it's been 15 years since you made a Grand Final, a prelim does seem like one hell of an achievement.
