What is all this crap about his kicking for goal. He did get the yips after the WC game this year, but before that he was prob the most reliable set shot for goal at the club. I remember on this exact board the surprise that his kicking was so bad in the WC game. Hope he can bounce back.

Give him a break Deliberate!!, the guy has just turned 22 and has been running into Richo for the past 5 years. How many big blokes mature after they turn 22 - heaps. Still remember Steve Salopek telling me when we drafted him that he reckoned he (Schulz) was easily the best player of his draft, so I am willing to give him another year to show us something.
It went like this:
We offered pick 28 for Schulz, Richmond rejected.
U then wanted our pick 16 and 28 for Schulz and pick 19 and we rejected.
I look forward to getting him next year through the PSD or trades.

Just go down to a Coburg game next season and grab him off the bench......I'll keep a look out.....nobody goes to VFL games during the season anyway.

He's 22. That's two years older than Buddy Franklin and he's considered young. I know he's no Buddy Franklin, just comparing him cos of the age. If he has a crap 08 I'll concede that he's not worth our time. But we've got him for next year, time to move on and give him a chance.
can some one please name me one forward that has blossomed or shown he's true ability since we had had " kick it to me , or I'll cry " playing for us ... i bet you cant , remember how well the forward line functioned against the wce without the big girl ... he quicker he goes the better sarge cleve and JR will get ....
