Either someone works at Star Athletic in China and makes these after his shifts or uses some sublimating place around China. Alibaba has heaps of jumper making clients and sellers.

The guernseys weren't made by Kiss, they were commissioned by TSP (T-Shirt Printers) who do licensed gear for a heap of touring acts. They've done the footy jumpers for a few different bands. The jumpers used to be made by Kombat but I'm not sure who does them now. I've had a bit to do with them as the owner's son played footy at my club and he did a whole heap of gear for us.

The other obvious giveaway is the incorrect typeface on the iinet logo, the 'net' part is completely different to the genuine guernseys.
