Not fake but another ISC alt batch emerges? This will give Saints and Port fans hope that white cuff experiments are always on the cards.
Yep, there have been so many different ISC prototypes with white cuffs lately I've actually started a file of all the one's I've seen on eBay over the past year or so. Again, not fakes, but see below for the ones I've noticed. The Buddy one, the all-white Freo 2012 one and the additional two 2012 Giants ones were all on eBay very recently. I keep hoping they will try out a Freo home jumper with white collar and cuffs. whitecuffsexperimentsISC.jpg

I remember someone saying a long time ago that they thought all white Port away jumper was a fake. I emailed ISC to see if I could confirm if it was a prototype (as that was another suggestion). They responded pretty quickly, asked me where I got it from and wanted some more pictures of it (even though I'd already sent some). I replied with that info and I never heard back, even after emailing them again :(

I do have another ISC jumper that has the word "sample" stamped inside and a date and signature.

Yeah, personally I don't see the issue with it, as long as he isn't trying to sell them as authentic. If anything, I'd want to know where he got them made...

Except the use of others' intellectual property and the potential to remove legitimate income from people who have those guernseys or clubs that would potentially sell the guernsey.

Yeah but he's getting guernseys made up that are no longer being produced by the clubs, so he's not taking profits away from them, as they aren't currently selling them. Maybe if was getting current guernseys made, you could make that argument. I don't have a problem with it.

Exactly what I thought. From what I've seen him sell in the past, he's just catering to the market of people looking for these guernseys but don't care to pay $200-300 for it from a private seller.

Personally, I'd never buy one, they look terrible. Wonder if he's sold any, they seem to be the same one's that pop up.

He had two Eagles ones up before so I assume he sold them. There's a solid market for Eagles knockoff guernseys if you've ever been to an Eagles game.

"Bali guernseys. Bali guernseys everywhere..."

As for them looking terrible, could be a pretty crappy designer. I'd love to get my Perth Boomers ones made up, though, and by the looks of it, he is getting these made up as one-offs.

Who's to say they won't reproduce them. Again, the whole intellectual property thing. The club have every right to commence reprinting jumpers again, whilst this person doesn't. Why? Because the dude on eBay doesn't have any right to the intellectual property.

True, maybe he's tweaked the designs just enough to get away with it?? As for the clubs reproducing them, it's a possibility I guess. Let's hope for everyone's sake on here, they all start doing it. I can't see it happening though.

"get away with it" Simply put, it's counterfeit goods now. No matter how many disclaimers you put on it.

The VFL and Fosters logos are a bigger issue than that.

Same seller also has a Crows away jumper for sale.
