I don't see the point of it. Food is about the social experience and/or atmosphere for me as well as authentic food and fast food doesn't provide any of it. I haven't been to Maccas in Australia in my adult life, or HJ's. I was never into KFC etc. I don't see that changing. As for Grill'd and Zambrero (the ''next tier up'') - Grill'd lost my business when they began stuffing up my orders and not sticking to their timing. If I was absolutely forced to have fast food, Zambrero would get my vote, but it's not cheap and I would rather pay a little extra and go to an actual independent , non-chain place.

Whitten Oval sells pies for $9.50. Good chunky ones tho. All their food prices are over the top.

Just had Oporto and GYG added to the Fast Food District near me

That was Aug 9 when GYG opened, Oporto finally opened yesterday would love to know what the hold up was

Finally gave Maccas the arse last year, Expectations were always low, but still continued to be disappointed

Prefer to pay extra and get a nice dish and side from the local Thai or Chinese shop,

However, Did try the Mexican Whopper from HJ's. It was pretty good.
