Its only over 40m mate, spoke to tamourides told me that the 30m or 40m sprint world record is held by a shot putter, and he does shot put as well. So mate dont think you know what your taking about because you dont

There isn't an official WR for 30/40m as it isn't an event run in competition (60m is the shortest distance with an official WR 6.39). 4.52 (inc. min RT of 0.1s) for 40m using the best 10m splits of all time in 100m.

If he was running that fast the track scouts would be all over him.

The fastest player in the APS is clearly Adam Marangon from MGS firsts, he has a pb over 100 of 11.31 ELECTRIC. all u guys may claim u have run quick hand held times, but until u race with proper timing, hand timing means shit. Marangon also runs a good 400 with a pb of 49.9 something.

Tamouridies was quick over 100 back in year 9 and 10, but if u look at recent times, he ran 11.70 last week at a comp. I would like to see when Tamourides tested his 40m speed, and whether it was proper timing through the gates or dodgy hand timing

Marangon easily the fastest

i was at the aths carnival last week, some year 8 ran 11.3 from skevs. he was clearly a freak but yeh, good luck to that marangon guy.

that would have been seb purcell, younger brother of josh, he is a gun footy and hockey player and made state for both sports. Not sure whether he likes footy or hockey more. he won aps 100m hurdles last year comfortably winning in a year above his age with 14.73.

yes there is electric timing which is accurate. you cant claim a Hand held time as your pb over 100 cause its always dodgy. tamourides ran 10.9 at a meet a couple of weeks ago timed by a teacher. not accurate at all. he ran 11.70 at a AV comp with official timing.
Marangon is the quickest man in the aps with a proper time of 11.31. no1 else would match him
