Nice work, Michaels, young Louis has some real traits to like. Anticipation, good hands, runs both ways. Will watch his season with interest. His old man was a defender initially but then became a tagger who gave Nathan Buckley nightmares, so he did play a bit of mid. The kid's a Kellaway so he should be tough.

Yeah he is definitely showing some strong traits and it will be interesting watching his progress in 2025.

Duncan tagging Buckley was an incredible day!

What will be interesting is to see his size when this 2025 season rolls around.

From memory that 17s futures game was mid last year and the Sturt game was in the latter part of the season.

I'm loving the initiative the Tigers have taken with the Samoan visit with Lefau and the ACL boys. Our NGA has been a Mad Max wasteland of busts, duds and outright waste of money. Seeing how passionate Lefaus friends and family have embraced the club was one of the few highlights last year. It's outside the box and definitely a potential mine of untapped talent. There was an article during the week about a young Fijian boy rookied by GWS who was turned onto them by Israel Folau all those years ago. I'd love to see the club make this an annual pilgrimage they build on and could make it part of their preseason camp. Holding clinics with the locals, taking some of lefaus family and giving out footys, merch and gear. It might take 10 + years but it's innovative and clearly the Shepparton youth are complete and utter pus and I'm positive the highly touted 15, 16 yo people keep banging on about will be busts like the rest of them. How's Zaydyn Lockwood travelling 🤔🤔🤔🤔
