Was told last night by a current blues player that Fevola definately won't be at Carlton next year with Geelong his prefered and likely option. Apparently has met with Brian Cook and is keen to move down to the Torquay area. Only chance of this happening is if Bartel leaves and the blues pay part of his salary which I think both are doubtful.

I think Sheedy is interested in him. Stay away Geelong.

He's not a dud. Poor/form injury had crippled his year, and he was 3 short of 50 goals IIRC. He's far superior than Ottens - we all know he's a headcase, but we all know he's brilliant. Give him a better supply and you just may have your Coleman medallist.

I rate him. He'd be great with Lloydy.
 
They'll stop when they start winning finals.

Got to have something to fill the void right now, and that's Ottens hating.

I dont want Fev, you can have him.I think if you asked Sheedy if he could have a fit Ottens he would fall over himself to have him. He is not a pure forward, he is a ruck/forward.You do remeber what ruckmen look like dont you.Ottens is probably similar to salmon in that he can play their but is probably more natural on the ball.Ohh thats right you got rid of him too did you

I would love fevola to come to the cats.A few things make this unlikely though . 1. Carlton are in the box seat and will want a very good deal. Bartel and our 1st round or Bartel and maybe a playfair or Gardiner or mabe even better.Would we do this? I probably would.
2. Salery cap there is no way that carlton would agree to pay any of his salery.Can we fit him in?
3.Would he want to come to Geelong ? He is a Berwick/Beaconsfield boy and seems very settled in Melbourne.

I hope we at least look at it espesially if Jimmy or S.J want to go.

Haha ... are how are young Meyer and Polo going ... from what I hear Richmond supporters are overwhelmed by what these two have produced - sweet bugger all!

I'd still prefer Otto - at least he has an excuse why he didn't play this season

Oh dear lord ... so u mean to tell me that they'll continue moaning for another decade at least???

All i can say is that it's going to be a very long 10 years if Richmond supporters are going to keep it up! :p
 
Very good.

But seriously, they might go alright next year if BrownDog gets back and the handout picks step up again.
