Well dont come on here Sunday night if we lose.

There will be a few of these.

Yeah, I'll probably leave it to Tuesday to pop my head in. See if the chicken little crew have got it out of their system by then.

Didnt get answer...is it Jude Law...I thought for ages it was Charlie Sheen and then I looked again before and its not.
Not sure who the actor is, but Dickie Greenleaf is a character in The Talented Mr Ripley by Patricia Highsmith. Good books, they did make a movie out of them so I'm guessing that's from the movie.

Question is, will they bump every thread where somebody ever said anything positive about Brad Scott and whoever has a poor game on Sunday?

Probably.

There will be your win or lose Lindsay T thread.

I also expect Shannon Watt to get a mention, and probably Steve McCann.

We will be fine. Sure there will be some skill errors and turnovers early on, but that's happened in a lot of the games we played in our mid/late year streak anyway, and I'm backing us to steady up, roughly halfway through the first term.

I think there is more pressure on West Coast to be honest.

There certainly is. They are playing at home, they were top 4 until a late season wobble, they have finals experience and a PF finish last year as their points to defend, and every man and his dog expects them to win.

North will get a pass mark from the world if they just keep it respectable. Except for the venue, the kind of game this team has met with relish for most of the second half of the season.

I said to a Wet Toast supporter I'd be happy to be within 4 goals half way through the last quarter to be honest. Final margins in cut throat finals do tend to blow out. However what a great learning experience for our kids, and I hope they all watched last nights game to see the intensity that is required. Not sure if we are physically ready for that yet but I hope we give it our best crack.

The fact that Cunnington has found some serious form before the finals will hold us in very good stead. Its this type of player that blossoms in finals, and despite being a kid, he has strength and a footy brain in close situations beyond his years. Hoping Jack comes out breathing fire, will look on at training with a keen eye today. Thinking about recommending a good chinese place to them in the subi area which specialises in duck variety to give them a taste for tomorrow.... :p

Forget the recommending of a restaurant, for they don't accept concession cards.:p
