he is safe either way, contracted until 2018, we won't sack a coach with a year to run.no doubt the atrocious goal kicking let hardwick off the hook last night.

I 100% agree, although the problem now is RFC does not sack coaches when they should, a product of wanting to be seen as a stable club, and not to harp back to those days of the 80s and 90s.Probably but that's the best time to sack them.
I think everyone at the pies is feeling the pressure of Buckleys predicament. better to cut them before it gets to this.
Laughable people picking Buckley. Hes protected by Eddie. For him to sack him is tantamount to Maguire acknowledging he screwed up. Ain't happening.
Coincidence Eade came from Pies to Suns?
Eades odds for this market are shortening by the minuteIf Gold Coast lose their first 12 games (quite possible looking at their fixture) then Rocket will be in the gun
Gotta be Eade. We have heard that the Suns should be competitive but injuries have derailed them. Fielding almost their best 22 and are sub afl standard.
Skewed figures from pre-season.First time viewing this thread. How is that Hardwick is winning this race? Buckley will be next. Cant see them winning until R7 against Carlton.
Lucky he doesn't have to worry about covering Naitanui considering Naitanui plays for West Coast...John Woosha to get the boot once everyone realizes it's rebuild time without Natinui.
Their list is pretty bad when you go through it.Gotta be Eade. We have heard that the Suns should be competitive but injuries have derailed them. Fielding almost their best 22 and are sub afl standard.
Rightly or wrongly, there's a perception that Eade is out of touch - that may be unfairly based on his fire-and-brimstone reputation, coupled with our presuppositions of how that might go with Generation Y.Gotta be Eade. It should be Ross Lyon but he still has a lot of people fooled with his snake oil sales pitch.
From Wikipedia- Eade resigned twice mid-season; in 2002, Sydney were fourteenth when he resigned and in 2011, the Western Bulldogs were twelfth when he resigned.

That said, there's a lot of talent that has wanted out or been cut from the GC over the last two years. Prestia, O'Meara, Dixon, Bennell... it looks every inch an unhappy place to be.
