They should do an episode on my missus...every year there is nearly a war when its the council nature strip junk time. The amount of stuff that enters the front door compared to the amount that exits is unequal. 🤦‍♂️

Ugh, as a "chucker outerer" I feel your pain.

It's a shame you dont have "to order" hard rubbish days like I do. You could perhaps send her away somewhere for a few days, then get rid of all the shit you wanted to without her being there.

I'd better not throw out the doghouse if I did that!

Speaking of which- I'm going to order in my first one in three years soon.

Getting rid of:
- a shower screen
- mattress
- potentially one of those mini Kmart white cube shelves. I could easily move my stereo onto the top of my bedside table + store the books + CDs in it somewhere else.
- + a bung clothes horse.

Am excited cant wait lol

Finally got my pension application submitted. I had the last step overridden by Cetrelink online since the offices are closed. Now the wait...

My goal today is to go over three of my boxes to decide what to throw away and what to keep.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht tonight at midnight.
Obviously you have had ten years residency in Australia over the years. So, won't be a problem getting granted... unless you're a secret millionaire.

I might have missed it.. sorry, but where are you moving to? And will you still have some independence? :)

Based on this you're putting up screen around your clothes horse before you put it down, and then sleeping in the bath

Looks like I'll be moving to the retirement village in Melton by the end of next month if my application is approved. I've just booked to see my GP on Monday for him to fill out some paperwork. Zsa Zsa is OK to move with me. It seems to be the best option for me. I've never lived in "the country" before :)
