I dread the day when I get sick.

Colds knock me down for 10 days, minimum.

I felt bad for taking so many days off from school, but what can you do.

theyre like soothers or butter menthols but stronger and they work. i love them

people taking 9-10 days off work sucks, but going into work and getting everyone else sick is just irresponsible. you get sick leave for a reason, cant understand these heroes who come in obviously sick then brag about it

Plus you lose all those sick days; some year to year then the accumulated days when you leave.

Re. Recovery. Is it cause the cold strains have become stronger? Or as you get older your immune system becomes weaker. Cos i can recall when i was young id be over a cold in less than 5 days. Now like i said 2 weeks.

Id say its the colds. Theyre a virus strain like any other theyd mutate and stuff over time.

Thankfully ive only had the flu i think once about 10ish years ago. Whole body ached was just in agony for 2 weeks minimum

First thing I heard when I turned on my radio this morning. Can't believe that she's alive.

My last physio session today. Cleaner might be finishing today too.

Going through boxes of stuff and having to throw stuff away is hard. Plenty of photos to be chucked out.
