It's because people have left. I'm finding it better than last week but it's still slow. It only takes 2 minutes to load a thread rather than 5
!My brother contacted Telstra about the issue but they were useless. They said it was a problem with his phone or SIM card. He kept repeating there are 4 separate devices in the household that have very slow internet. He also contacted them a couple of years back and they did nothing. They treat regional areas terribly.
It's winter there and they have bushfires. The planet is completely stuffed!
