Looks like it was built in the 1950s under the White Australia policy
Looked at this a couple of weeks ago, was wondering wtf it was so cheap asking high 600s and only after about 10 minutes noticed it was actually asbestos fibro covered in render to make it look like brick
Worked on a lot of old houses but never seen that before...Nice place otherwise just hope whoever bought it 5 days later did their due diligence with an inspection and understood what they were getting.
Was considering Chinese but will fire up the BBQ.

True. Because of the time difference I was on BF at the time. It must have been in 2002 or 2003 or so. I'll have to have a look on my laptop and see who it was. It happened on the main board, as it was called back then. It was hilarious when he got caught and deletions were rampant. Good times.
Edit: Looks like it might have been in 2001. I found a conversation I had with him pertaining to 9/11. I'm pretty sure it's the same guy. When I clicked on his name, it says there is an error.
