No but they don't need to be, it's pretty clear they're tempoing and putting the jets on at will.
They're ideal game can't be played game in game out, so they tempo game (defence mode) when they need to.
Their last qt against the dees was evidence of this, not a fan, not for a whole qt but it seems to work.
