just found a jumper on ebay,

it's got the VFL patch

Red, with blue trim and collar

and DARLINGTON in yellow across the front

im not sure, is this a training jumper?

and if so, how old?

Yes mate it is an old Fitzroy training jumper.I actually had one of these myself many moons ago.I was about 13 or 14 at the time, I am 40 now-you do the sums,it is making me feel very old!
