Think Carl sets us up to play to our strengths which is midfield and speed on the flanks, but that leaves the defenders horribly exposed.

I reckon we'll look better with Vriends and Elsey back there but it's still a worry

Agree on Delianov although he should have done better on that 3rd goal.

Our defense is leaky.

There was a lot wrong with the 3rd goal. Delianov very weak in the air, but IMO was almost definitely fouled by Sapsford smashing into him after the first shot. Kikianis could have attempted a clearance too but wanted to shout at the officials before he realised.

Gauci was clearly the better keeper, I've never rated Delianov

Oh yeah Joe has gone well ahead of most keepers in the country for sure.

I just don't think having a defence as slow as ours and keeping such a high line helps any keeper
