''Heritage" and "Round" are in capitals in the document for a reason...Is the word "occasionally" or synonym in the document? A vague term that doesn't belong in such a document. Even if you go by a very general, loose reading of that original (and superceded) document, Port by wearing it more than once per-year (there was only one Heritage Round per-year) would be in breach, especially given they and not the AFL are deciding what the context of ''heritage'' is . Contrary to what you say, most commentators believe Collingwood is sitting pretty legal-wise.

The agreement was clear in its intention.
PA would be allowed to occasionally wear prison bars to celebrate heritage (whether it's called "heritage round" or not is irrelevant to the deal). As long as not against Pies.
