Again, unwatchable last night. McGuire’s rewriting of history and still making it all about him despite protesting that he’s doing the opposite.

I think the moment they finally jumped the shark for good was when they crossed to the nuffie in his basement who has been collecting signatures for the EGM. I thought I was watching community television.

No doubt he never got a zack from the Club and gave them heaps of financial support. However by making the Club his brand, his business interests and personal fortune prospered. It was a symbiotic relationship.

Yes, no doubt being president of CFC hasn’t hurt McGuires profile and business interests. However I doubt very much if that was his motivation for getting involved though. Club was at an extremely low ebb, on field and financially when Eddie took over. Always easy to slag the motives of high achievers. I’m not suggesting you’re doing that.

First time watching this show in probably around 10 years. Turned on and can’t work out who loves seeing themselves more in the studio monitor, Lloyd or Maclure, all the do is smirk whenever the camera is on them

Basically we know have Carlton club corner with McClure on Mondays and Collingwood club corner on Wednesdays. Supporters of other clubs can switch off.

Watch McClure do a Tommy Browne and weasel out of the ’Buckley will extend for a year…that’s what I’m hearing.’

McGuire will say ’Look, I’ve moved on…’ then precede to spend the next half hour rewriting history on exactly what he did at Collingwood.

Wilson will be devastated Buckley wasn’t sacked. She say the officials that should’ve sacked Buckley should be sacked.

Just checked tv guide and it states that it will be on at 10:30 after origin.
