Depends. Potentially my time - I've been working on it but there's a few continuity problems between the early (when I did them) and late lists so I'm fixing them - I subconsciously had the midpoint for certain abilities 15 more for the early teams to the late ones etc.

I'll try and smash it through tonight or if not, tomorrow. I've got 9 more to fix but it'll get quicker as they go on as I'm going chronologically.

hi sorry for bugging again how are the lists going
 
You bugging me is certainly not going to make me work any quicker. I think I've been reasonable in updating you guys on my progress over this whole project; it's not like I forget. I'm 3/4 through the final task I had to do, which I started last night. If I can get it done in the next 30 mins, it'll be in an hour. If I don't, it'll either be late late tonight or tomorrow twilight.

Yep, it's ****ed.

Whenever it gets to the contracts screen, just goes 'run time error 3021 - no record found' and then crashes. It's only this database it's happening on.

Can't work out the solution, I've tried ensuring salary data is the same as from the '07 rosters, list numbers were within the rules and so on but nup, nothing. Cannot work it out.

No point releasing rosters that just don't ****ing work so I'll put this on hold/cancel it until I/someone ([USER]footy fanatic[/USER])? can solve this. Perhaps even [USER]uncustom[/USER] as he seems to have made successful rosters before?

Happy to send them to someone who thinks they're a legitimate chance at fixing them.


Shattered though. What a waste of time.
 
Made a lot of progress in narrowing down the cause of the fault.

73 save files later and I'm pretty sure it's one of 10 brisbane players or a problem with the squad as a whole.

hopefully can sort this so I can get some brief shuteye
 
Yep, turns out the bugs just decided to activate itself in week two instead. Isn't that ****ing fantastic.

Happens with other lists too, just thought I'd narrowed it down as I only went to week one last time, whereupon it stopped happening when I removed Brisbane from the roster. Turns out it just happens in week two now.

I just don't get it - I've searched and searched and I can't find what's causing this.

Anyone encountered this before?

How did you begin your lists? From scratch? or from the 2011 ones I uploaded? Or did you use some other list?

From the "no current record" error, I assume you used the 2011 fixed version that I uploaded, If you did use the fixed version, I actually uploaded the lists that receive an error during pre season or around week 2 of the season. Usually occurs on the Cats/Saints game or a Swans game.

If the above is the case, You could send me the lists and I will get a clean list and try copy and paste and edit some things until it works.

Cheers, i pretty much worked off the 08 defaults. Ill upload and PM you the lists in a tick. I certainly have tried it all I reckon so if you had any ideas it'd be much appreciated
