Fox Footy snubs SANFL again

Fox Footy has opted to replay games of 2001 Round 1 of the AFL while the SANFL Grand Final is on. They will air the SANFL 4 hours delayed.

In the last 2 years they have covered both the VFL and WAFL Prelim and Grand Finals LIVE, while showing delayed telecasts of the SANFL.

People in SA, the NT and South East Asia receive a 1/2 hour delayed telecast on ABC TV.

Too bad for anyone not in those areas.

I believe it's not FF's fault...the SANFL deal with the ABC gives exclusivity from what I understand...

Probably, but my guess is after the AFL Grand Final Fox Footy go onto one national coverage so they can't put it Live otherwise it would be shown into SA as well.

ABC are showing a NSW rugby gf up here in qld and not the SANFL. I'd much rather the SANFL even if it were on ABC2
